The hotel was quiet, we can't recommend highly enough it to family. Travelled with our child, spent 1 night here and had a really comfortable stay. The location was awesome, at a medium distance from Phuket Sunday Night Market.

Thank you very much everyone for a very comfortable stay in an enchanting town. Its location was great and brilliant, in the center of town. Moreover, it's very close to all the main streets and all the restaurants and shops.

Well, the area was heavy tourist overall.

Simple but well located. Supermarket and cheap thai food right in front. If you need a hotel for 1 night because of the morning ferry to koh phi phi etc. take the hotel ... there is only a matrasse on the floor but quite comfortable :-)

We've stayed at suite room. The room, bed is very large enough to feel luxury. There are stage where you can have a seat and see outside via the pretty window. We had breakfast there. Room service is available in the cafe next to to the hotel (maybe the cafe is built in the 1st floor in this hotel). 100B is enough to have western breakfast like coffee, toast and some egg.

We had 3 night and I found one day the electricity was stopped in few hours. They fixed it soon but until then, I cannot use the electricity in the morning.

Reasonably large and airy unit with a huge king-sized bed.

My 3-night stay at Midtown Ratsada was fantastic. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Phuket's old town and close to buses for the beaches. At just £20 per night, the value for money was excellent. The room provided everything I needed, including free toiletries, a hair dryer, fridge, and air conditioning. The sheets and towels were changed daily and the hotel was very quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. Despite being a budget hotel, it met all my requirements and exceeded my expectations.

Can definitely recommend this hotel.

It's a hotel just for take boat for island. Have good restourant around and there is a supermarket down but sell food for cooking and soap farmacy, close at this hotel there isn't fresh fruit shop is old town puket. Tuk tuk push you all day long and have proibitive price. Inside the residence there is a travel agency. The owner is called boy. Is a kindly person. You can speak with him for make trip all around puket and thailand. At the end it's a very cheap hotel apartment and close to bus station. Room is big double room with 2 air conditioning good wifi internet

the "kitchenette" have just a microwawe and water boiler and fridge. Supermarket don't sell food for microwawe just noodles. Breakfast was false. No milk, very poor breakfast you must choose from 5 kind of food. It's better don't pay for breakfast and buy yourself food at supermarket.we ask tochange the bed clothes because was dirty but very dirty i think was used

Lovely pool, delicious breakfast cooked to order, comfortable beds, perfect location. Free upgrade to a suite apartment with living room and kitchen. Helpful staff for finding transportation.

There was no bed in the room only a matress on the floor.

Nice furnished place @ central phuket city. Able to walk around the old town and many good food nearby

Low water pressure in bathroom shower.

Located in a convenient area, this hotel is close to the city center, bus terminal for easy access to the airport, and cafes. The rooms are clean and well-equipped with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The friendly and helpful staff provide excellent service, and the pool is a nice addition for relaxing. The hotel also offers free water and tea in the room, adding value to the stay.

There was a slight sewage smell coming from the toilet occasionally during the stay.

Great value and modern spacious rooms. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of local shops and attractions. It was great to have two TVs and many channels to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers breakfast, laundry, and tour services. Supermarket next door is very convenient.

There were too many ants found in the room, which can be quite bothersome. , the new apartments have already started to show signs of wear and tear, which is somewhat disappointing.
